soccer!

The boys played in a soccer league that went from October to December.  They loved it.  Graham did a great job running after the ball and had some really good kicks.  Mason, while he did a fair amount of staring off into the wrong direction, was our only goal-maker!  He was so proud of himself that he made a goal. By doing so, he earned ice cream for the whole family.

an after-Christmas Serafine visit

The Sunday after Christmas, the Serafines came to visit!  We were so excited to have them.  It was really good to have Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Katelyn in town for a few days.  They spoiled us even more and brought presents with them.  The kids were in heaven.  We got to go bowling and have lots of fun.  One of the days they were here we took a trip up to Aunt Sherri's house to visit her family and Great-grandma and Great-grandpa Serafine.

 

Christmas morning

What a fun morning Christmas morning was!  The kids were excited to get up and get to those presents!  They did manage to sleep until nearly 7, and when Graham woke up, he came into our room and declared that there was a "whole crowd of presents!"  They were ecstatic.  We spent the morning opening presents, having hot chocolate and cinnamon rolls, and just enjoying the day.
