Florida: Epcot and a birthday Wednesday

On Wednesday, Gary and Lori watched the boys for us and Matt and I went to Epcot.  It was the perfect day because we really enjoyed Epcot, but there wasn't a whole lot there for teeny kids to do.  It also happened to be the Flower and Garden Festival, and there were a lot of really cool flower displays all over the park.  (in other news: I'm looking for new sunglasses after seeing myself in these...)

We then traveled the world in about 80 minutes.  This was the best part of the park.  All the little lands were really neat.  We started in Mexico.

We had some really good lunch in China

walked through Germany

Italy

The American Adventure

Japan

and had some really tasty dessert in France.

Canada

We came back from Epcot and celebrated Gary's birthday.  Happy birthday, Gary!

Florida: Magic Kingdom Tuesday

Tuesday we started our Disney visits with the Magic Kingdom.  This day we went with everyone, and it was a lot of fun having everyone together.  We loved the Magic Kingdom, and was fun to see another Disney, aside from the one in California.  The boys loved it as well.

Jungle cruise and churros.

It's a small world, and Graham loved it.

Graham especially loved these race cars.  I think he rode them at least 3 times.

By late afternoon, he was tired.

The boys and Grandma and Grandpa Serafine.

The castle in the Magic Kingdom is really pretty, and is lit up with lights and fireworks.

Florida: Monday

On Monday of our trip, we spent the day relaxing at our resort.  We stayed at the Marriott Grande Vista, and it was fabulous.  We got a three bedroom condo, and it was really nice.

Florida: Day 1

Matt started talking about a Florida 2013 trip a few years ago, and the first week of May we made it happen!  We packed our (what filled like a million) bags, and headed to Orlando Saturday night, May 4th.  We spend Sunday going to sacrament meeting and walking around the temple grounds.

boys and mud

These boys love mud.  And dirt, and rocks, and eating rocks, and anything that has to do with being outside.

fun land

We went to Idaho Falls for a quick weekend in April.  My cousin got married in Sacramento and we headed up for her reception in Idaho Falls.  While we were there, my parents treated the boys to Fun Land.  We went mostly for the train, because Graham loves to ride trains.  Fun Land is one of a kind.  It's been there since the dawn of time, and hasn't changed one bit.  It's special in its own right.  : )
