Props to you on your first head coaching job, Matt. A few things you may want to work on is first your professionalism. I couldn't pick you out among the other kids. Feel free to mix in a shirt and tie or at least some shoes. Also, it looks like you are favoring one player too much. At this age, it should be about fun not competition. Equal playing time is key in achieving that goal. Equality, fairness, diversity are all things you could have learned at the U. The sad thing is I'm sure Gary couldn't be prouder of your current state.
matt. i like it. i want outside pitches to this riker the striker kid every play. the next reggie bush by the looks of it. push him, make him be the best. i'd also like to see some stiff-arms, and work on the downfield blocking, it looked weak, riker the striker is doing it all by himself. come on.
