swimming lessons

Our city has a really fun swimming lesson program, and since it is so warm here already, swimming lessons are in full swing.  We signed Graham up for another round of swimming lessons, and he loved them.  He's still not an Olympic swimmer, but he's getting pretty good at his little baby swimming, jumping, and working his way around the edge of the pool where he can't touch.

first haircut

Little Mason needed a little haircut.  His hair was quite wispy, and was growing in in two phases.  The hair he was born with was quite dark.  It was going slowly, and getting longer in random parts.  His new hair is a sandy blonde, and is growing in all fluffy.

crawl, baby, crawl

Little Mason is crawling! He's a very determined baby, and once he figured out that his arms were strong enough to support his weight, he was off! He didn't waste any time. He started by getting on all fours, then slowly started lifting one hand at a time. It was pretty cute to see him figure it out. He knew what he wanted, and was going to do it. Although it's so sad to see our teeny baby getting bigger, we love that he's crawling around. Mason has never really enjoyed just sitting around, he has to be busy! Now that he can cruise around on his own, he can keep himself busy and give us a little break from carrying him around. : ) Love you, Mason! You are too stinkin' cute for your own good!

the last, last day

Friday was Matt's last day of school.  Ever.  He's come a long way.  23+ years of school is a lot of school.  : )  But now he's done, so we thought we'd celebrate.  The boys and I went to Coldstone and got an Oreo ice cream cake.

It's kind of crazy to think that he's finally done...it seems like we just moved here to Arizona.  But we're very proud of all Matt's hard work, he's worked really hard, and has done really well.  Now all that's left is the graduation, and it'll be official.  And then we expect everyone to call him Dr. Serafine.  : )

zoo day

You're just going to have to pretend like the boys are smiling these cute smiles at the camera, and posing nicely in front of the zoo sign.  The reality of the situation is what you see.  No smiles, and "please don't touch me."  Ha ha.

easters

We had a very good Easter this year.  We woke up, looked in our baskets, ate some breakfast, colored some easter eggs, took naps (which may have been the best part of the whole morning...Graham even fell asleep before church.)  Hunted for eggs, went to church, then had a nice ham dinner with some friends of ours.

pics from my phone

I was looking through my phone pictures the other day and realized that there are some gems of pictures of there.  This particular day we'd gone to a spring training practice, then to Chick-fil-a, and then to Best Buy.  Graham was pooped.

a hannah visit

Keeping with our yearly tradition, Hannah came down to visit us during her spring break!  She spent half her break in Tucson with Nicole, and half here with us.  We tried to get in some good activities before she left.
