Last Tuesday we had some zoo passes from the library that we didn't want to go to waste, so we invited the Bushmans to join us on a zoo fieldtrip! It was Jackson's birthday, too, so it was a zoo day birthday. We had a pretty good time. It just so happened to be the hottest day of the week -- figures, it's cool all week and the one day we pick to go, it's hot -- but, it was still a lot of fun.
Graham was excited to see the animals.
Graham, Jackson, and Brooke climbed the giraffe tower to get a better look.
Graham wasn't too sure about this monkey, he was awfully close to the window.
We felt a little safer around the corner. Ha ha.
Thanks for coming with us, Brooke, Jackson, and Clara! We had fun!

Hooray for the zoo! Thanks so much for the invite. We had a blast. And can I say it is a miracle you were able to snap that photo of me, Jackson and Clara? That was hard work ;) Ha!
